I am Maria Hourdas, a third-generation realtor, and a proud native Floridian, born and raised in Pinellas County. My grandfather was a broker in Marion County. My father was a school teacher who began selling real estate in the evenings to supplement the family income so my mom could be at home with me and my siblings. When I began middle school my mom also began selling real estate. Many evenings were spent driving around town in the family station wagon getting contracts signed by customers. Going on a showing appointment with my folks was a regular activity.
I spent over 20 years in healthcare helping patients affected by strokes, Parkinson’s disease, and Alzheimer’s disease. After a rewarding career in the health industry, I was ready for a change. My parents suggested following in their footsteps and my next career began as a full-time real estate consultant. With deep roots in the community and a strong understanding of the local real estate market, I bring a wealth of experience to every transaction. Whether you’re buying or selling you can trust my knowledge and background to help you find the perfect home for your family. Dedicated to providing exceptional service and personalized guidance, I am committed to making your real estate journey smooth and successful.
